I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I hold certifications in Therapeutic Dance Education, Hypnotherapy, Crisis Intervention, Social Work Practice in Trauma Care, and Access Bar.

What can you expect from our DMT sessions?
  • Small, 10 person group sessions conveniently located at our Raleigh office space
  • 1-hour sessions, starting at 10am on Saturdays
  • No formal dance training or experience needed
  • Dedicated support towards your self-defined goals
  • Currently offered to adults age 18 and older
  • Bring your own yoga mat, or use one of ours!
  • Refreshments offered after the session
